GAIAS Ambassador Program

What is a GAIAS Ambassador?
A GAIAS Ambassador is a returning student who serves as a GAIAS representative on his or her home campus.

What does a GAIAS Ambassador do?
Ambassadors are given as a potential email reference for prospective and admitted students who want to speak with someone who has participated in a GAIAS program.

Ambassadors are asked, but not required, to help distribute information about GAIAS at their home universities. Ambassadors may participate by representing GAIAS in a study abroad fair, giving a presentation to a biology class, setting up a table on campus, or hosting an informational session to answer questions about the GAIAS program.

How can I request materials?
Once you have signed up to be a GAIAS Ambassador we would be happy to send you materials such as Bulletins and GAIAS flyers in order to support your project. You can request materials by emailing Nicole Sakraida nicoles@usfq.edu.ec.
