USFQ Experience in the Galapagos

USFQ has been organizing workshops and courses in the Galapagos for over a decade for national and international students, as well as for students from the islands. Several of our professors have extensive experience working in the Galapagos: Gunther Reck, Ph.D., Founder-Dean of the School of Environmental Sciences of USFQ, was Director of the Charles Darwin Station; Hugo Valdebenito, Ph.D., present Dean of that College, worked for many years on the islands, as did Carlos Valle, Ph.D., USFQ Professor and former Director of WWF for Ecuador. Other professors regularly organize field trips with students to the Archipelago.
