Professional Profile

Rodrigo Muñoz Valencia holds an MFA in Design for Social Innovation from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, USA, and a BA in Communication Design from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) in Ecuador. He currently serves as the chairman of the Communication Design Program at USFQ, specializing in Product and Service Design.

Mr. Muñoz has a rich portfolio of designing graphic and audiovisual communication products for diverse clients, including academia, NGOs, international assistance organizations, and private companies. His recent projects have revolved around the research and development of textile products for commercialization, as well as products related to facilitation, strategic planning, design theory, television production, and graphic design.
