Marcela Correa, a dancer trained at the Independent Dance Front of Quito (Ecuador), holds a Master's in Expressive Arts Therapy with a focus on Dance from Lesley University (Cambridge, USA). Currently, she serves as the Coordinator of the Performing Arts Area at the University San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador). In 2008, Marcela initiated the contemporary dance company "TALVEZ," dedicated to exploring real-time improvisation languages and constructing interactive and multidisciplinary platforms with the audience. The company has presented over ten works nationally and internationally. Marcela also co-founded the Independent Dance Front of Quito (Ecuador).
