Lorena Vivanco

Lorena Vivanco Merino holds a Bachelor of Arts Magna Cum Laude in Economics Finance from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador), na MA with honors in International Business from Webster University at Regent's College (United Kingdom) y studies in Development of International Economic Policies from the London School of Economics (England). She also holds a Marketing Specialization degree from Aden Business School and a Certificate in Advances in Market Research from Harvard University (USA). She is a full time finance professor at USFQ. Besides teaching she is also a financial consultant mainly in investment banking focused in valuations, mergers and acquisitions due to her extensive professional experience in that area.  At the beginning of her carreer she was a Brand Manager and Supply and Demand Analyst in Toyota Ecuador. She has managed more than 60 valuation projects and 8 M&A transactions.
