College of Health Sciences
Minor description

A good nutrition is a fundamental element of good health; this is achieved with a sufficient, balanced diet, combined with regular physical exercise.

The subspecialization in Nutrition will allow you to distinguish the keys to healthy eating. This can be a complement to any program related to Health, Nutrition, Food, Communication, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or simply to lead a healthy life, and increase productivity through optimal physical and mental development.

This subspecialization aims to develop the necessary tools that allow the student to apply their knowledge of nutrition in the field of their profession or within their daily lives. It is aimed at students of USFQ programs related to nutrition such as Medicine, Dentistry, Food Engineering, Psychology, Gastronomy, or any other area.
