Minor description

The School of Business offers the subspecialization or minor in Insurance to respond to the growth potential of the insurance industry in the country. This minor is aimed at all USFQ students. Today, insurance has taken on great importance within the business sphere. The curriculum responds to this trend by providing students with solid foundations for specialized knowledge in this area, such as law, financial management, and the different types of insurance that exist.

This subspecialization, together with the knowledge of Administration, Finance, and Marketing, as well as the subjects of the General College, help develop professionals who will greatly impact this industry. For this reason, a considerable number of School of Business graduates are currently in this field of work.
