Merit Phase and Evaluation

Within a maximum of 20 days from the application deadline. The deadline may be extended based on the number of applicants.

Competitive Examination Phase and Grading

To be completed within a maximum of 20 days from the communication of the merit phase results. The deadline may be extended based on the number of applicants.

Report on Preliminary Results

Within a maximum of 5 days from the issuance of the preliminary evaluation act.

Objections

Can be submitted within three days from the communication of preliminary results to the applicants.

Resolution of Appeals

Within a maximum term of ten days from the receipt of the appeal. The term may be extended based on the number of appeals received.

Announcement of Contest Winners

Within a maximum term of three days from the determination of official and final results.
