School of Odontology
The School of Odontology and the USFQ Dental Clinic were founded in 1997 with the support of the San Francisco de Quito University, as an academic contribution to the training of students in the area of Odontology and all its Specializations.
Thanks to this joint work, dental students, from the beginning of their careers, both undergraduate and graduate, participate in clinical and social epidemiological activities, the former through individual tutoring with expert professionals in the area, and the second by participating in marginal urban development, and Community Health groups, also under the guidance of various specialist tutors.
The clinic offers clients a wide range of dental services within the following branches: Endodontics, Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Rehabilitation, Periodontics, Implantology, Aesthetics.
Its main activity is to prepare professionals of high scientific level with training in liberal arts.
