Eusebia Calvillo, RN is a professional with a diverse background in Clinical research administration, operations and leadership. Ms. Calvillo received her BA degree from the University of Michigan and ADN degree from Houston Community College in Houston, TX. She serves as Head research nurse in the Division of Vascular Neurology and Neurocritical Care at Baylor College of Medicine (BMC). She has also been a member of the Baylor College of Medicine Institutional Review Board for the past 10 years. Ms. Calvillo has provided leadership in administrative oversite for the past 23 years. She has vast experience in clinical research working with conducting, coordinating , managing and monitoring of phase I-IV clinical trials. Currently she provides senior administrative leadership and stewards and coordinates numerous NIH funded, industry funded, as well as investigator initiated clinical trials. She is also very familiar in planning and organization of Conferences and Symposiums and has served on various the planning committee for conferences such as the Neurocritical Care Research Conferences (I-IV) and Controversies & Consensus in Moya Moya Disease conference. She gives leadership in all clinical and administrative activities, including subject recruitment and protocol adherence for numerous NIH funded clinical trials such as ALIAS, SHINE and ATACH II. She was the Project Coordinator for the ALISAH trial. She will participate as a member of the BCM Executive Committee and Head Research Nurse for the BCM Regional Coordinating Stroke Center for the upcoming ALISAH II clinical trial.
