Research is one of the principle cornerstones of our operation. The gathering of information about the diversity and functioning of this complex ecosystem will provide greater possibilities to understand and therefore manage it into the future as developmental pressures in the region continue to increase.

There are already dozens of researchers from all over the world investigating various aspects of our site in western Amazonia but there remain infinite topics open to study.

For those wishing to develop a research program at Tiputini, for more details, please continue to other related sections within our website.

For those with interest in the research that has been carrie?d out at the station, please visit our publications section.
