The general objective of this program is to train professionals in the field of gastronomy that are thoroughly familiar with the culinary reality of Ecuador and the heritage of our products.  They will thus be able to navigate successfully in different spheres of the gastronomic field, contributing proactively in both public and private companies towards the transformation of quality food services in the country by providing solutions based on academic research and critical thinking.  They will also possess solid theoretical and practical knowledge that will allow them to direct companies and organizations in the field, contributing to the quality of service and the touristic, economic, and gastronomic development of the country.
