The Food Engineering program is focused on studying the creation and adaptation of new technologies in regard to the food sector, as well as the design of new products. The program covers the selection of raw materials and quality control procedures, so that graduates can face the different challenges of this field. Both the industrial aspects and the research and development aspects of food production are covered, enabling future professionals to obtain basic competency skills and thus perform their work duties responsibly as food engineers.
