Minor description

The Theater subspecialization is intended for all USFQ students who wish to approach the world of theater from multiple perspectives and with an emphasis on contemporary languages. The courses offered are varied and cover the broad spectrum of the performing arts: from acting to movement and improvisation, students are expected to participate in practical and creative processes that culminate in the production of a play, with which they end their subspecialization. The student's training is complemented by theoretical courses in which contemporary dramaturgy, the latest theatrical theories, and new languages ​​such as performance and living arts are analyzed.
