VII Simposio en Fisiología y Bioestimulación Vegetal
The College of Science and Engineering, Polytechnic, and the Agronomy program at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ), under the philosophy of Liberal Arts and with the aim of supporting the development of the country's agricultural and agro-industrial sector, organizes the VII SYMPOSIUM ON PLANT PHYSIOLOGY AND BIO-STIMULATION.
The Symposium is characterized by the exposition of topics of technical-scientific interest, with a focus on applied management for agricultural production. On this occasion, the following topics will be addressed:
- Nutrition and metabolism
- Light and its physiological responses
- Plant microbiomes
- Plant defenses
Due to its nature, the event is aimed at professionals in the agricultural and research sectors, as well as students from various institutions linked to the sector. The objective of this type of event is to encourage the study of plant functioning, which helps the agricultural sector solve various practical problems using knowledge of plant physiology.
