The subspecialization in Entrepreneurship offers students comprehensive training in the identification, validation, and management of new business opportunities.

Through theoretical and practical courses, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to transform ideas into viable projects are encouraged, considering their economic, social, and environmental impact. Agile methodologies and financing strategies are used to develop business models that are sustainable over time.

Students will develop skills to analyze the entrepreneurial ecosystem, identify market gaps, and design innovative solutions using idea validation tools and prototyping. Additionally, business management strategies will be explored, including financial planning, cost assessment, and performance metrics, as well as marketing and negotiation approaches to effectively present projects to investors and strategic partners.

The program also emphasizes sustainable entrepreneurship, integrating concepts such as circular economy, corporate social responsibility, and international certifications. Students will learn to develop business models that create value, and are sustainable and scalable.

Aimed at students from various disciplines, this subspecialization is ideal for those looking to start their own ventures, work in startups, or drive innovative projects within organizations. Upon completing the program, graduates will be prepared to design and manage strong, innovative, and sustainable ventures in dynamic and competitive environments.
