Free Legal Clinic

College of Law

The Free Legal Clinic at USFQ, an entity affiliated with the College of Law, provides free legal advice and representation services to the economically disadvantaged community and priority groups. The intention of the Free Legal Clinic is to ensure that this population has access to quality legal services and is not hindered from asserting their rights due to economic limitations.

 

 

Our services

These services are provided by faculty, legal advisors and students of the Jurisprudence program. In addition, the Free Legal Clinic is a practical learning space for students in the last years of the Jurisprudence program.

The Clinic offers advice and sponsorship in the following areas:

  • Family Law, Childhood and Adolescence;
  • Criminal Law and Domestic Violence (only in representation of the victim);
  • Labor Law (only in representation of the employee); and
  • Constitutional Law.
