Caitlin Dube

Caitlin Dube is an administrative analyst in the External Funds Office within the Department of Research at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ). Specializing in providing administrative support to researchers and faculty applying for funding, she plays a key role in the application process by writing, editing, and supervising the finalization and submission of technical and financial proposals. Additionally, Caitlin contributes to an efficient agreement negotiation process, ensuring smooth communication between all parties. Her responsibilities include developing reports based on application data and strategizing with the Coordinator of the Dean of Research. Caitlin's specific focus is on grant applications with U.S. institutions, where she manages federal grant application platforms and has provided support for NIH and NSF proposals.
