School of Medicine
The College of Health Sciences has the mission of preparing professionals in the different branches of health with a formal education in Humanities and Liberal Arts, associated with excellence in academic training in Human and Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, Public Health and Nutrition. This unique integration provides society with complete professionals, upright and endowed with critical thinking, shaped by a select group of professors of superior academic quality and great human warmth.
The College of Health Sciences maintains agreements with various universities in the United States and Europe to carry out exchanges, internships, residencies, and research abroad.

To forge humanistic doctors of excellence, leaders in the field of health in any setting, who possess extensive knowledge, skills and abilities in health promotion, prevention, and treatment of disease, with the ultimate goal of generating a positive impact on the quality of life of the individual and the community; as well as professionals who are knowledgeable about the national reality and capable of performing effectively in the world, committed to their environment, critical, free, ethical, fair, and actors of change.
