Daniela Vásconez Almeida

Lawyer (cum laude) from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, graduated in 2019. Master's Degree in Labor Law Advice and Consultancy from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, 2020.

Between 2021 and 2022 she worked in the corporate area of Lexvalor Abogados and was a lawyer at Industrias Ales C.A. In 2022-2023 she worked at the firm Santillán as an associate lawyer in the corporate and real estate area.

With the USFQ Legal Clinic, she has researched in the field of Human Rights and Childhood and Adolescence about crimes against sexual integrity, poverty and human rights and criminalization of indigenous peoples in Ecuador, the latter case as a contribution to the OAS Rapporteur on Indigenous Peoples in her visit to Ecuador in 2018.

Currently, she concentrates her practice in Family, Labor and Criminal Law as an advisor at the Free Legal Clinic of the University San Francisco de Quito.
