Paola Torres

Paola Torres holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management from  Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador) and a Master's in Hotel Business Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (Spain). She also has a specialization in Experience Design from Universidad Austral (Argentina). She is a member of the College of Hospitality, Culinary Arts, and Tourism at USFQ, where she serves as the Academic Coordinator for the Hospitality Management program and teaches various courses in Hospitality and Hotel Management. She has over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, including administrative and managerial positions in restaurant management, hotel management, and consulting. Her professional career has spanned Ecuador, Spain, and Mexico.
