The Master in Administrative Law offers a comprehensive exploration of key topics, such as the legal regime of the Public Administration, administrative procedures, state responsibility, judicial control of the Administration, economic activity of the State, among other fundamental aspects.
Throughout the programme, critical analysis and reflection on legal cases, practical workshops and relevant case law is encouraged to equip students with the skills necessary to address the complex legal challenges faced by public and private entities in the administrative sphere.
Applicant Profile
This program is designed for professionals with a law degree who possess fundamental knowledge of Law.
The applicant must be a disciplined, honest individual with the ability to work independently and in groups. The academic demands of the program are high; therefore, the applicant must have the maturity and emotional stability to meet the expectations of the institution, as well as those of the professors and/or tutors of the graduate program.
Occupational Fiel
A significant portion of legal relationships involves, at one point or another, the presence of public entities or authorities. Those engaged in private activities will eventually need to interact with the State, whether because they conduct business with it, require its authorizations, or are regulated by it. From this perspective, legal advice in Administrative Law is an essential component. On the other hand, in the public sector, legal advice and knowledge of Administrative Law are fundamental for the development of their activities.
Therefore, our graduates will be able to occupy positions in the field of Administrative Law, both within the public and private sectors, and, evidently, participate in academic spaces.
Advantages
- Hybrid modality with live online classes three times a week and in-person workshops once a month. Real-time discussions, interaction with professors and peers, immediate feedback.
- Flexibility for students and professionals to balance their work and personal commitments.
- Practical application of knowledge through in-person workshops, case studies, and practical experiences that enhance the understanding and application of theoretical concepts.
- High-level professors with national and international training and experience.
- Graduates will have the tools to use the language and concepts of Administrative Law, especially those related to contracting, state responsibility, decentralized governments, public services, and the obligations of Public Administration.
