Through specialized courses, participants will explore key areas such as digital analytics, social media management, customer experience optimization, and e-commerce. This program combines theory with practical applications, enabling students to develop both strategic and technical skills to face the challenges of modern digital marketing.
The learning objectives of the minor focus on equipping students to design and implement effective digital strategies, optimize brand presence in the online environment, and use data for decision-making.
Upon completing the program, students will be able to develop digital campaigns, manage e-commerce platforms, analyze online consumer behavior, and improve user experience in digital environments. Additionally, they will learn to use automation tools and technological trends to enhance marketing strategies.
