Global Internships Program

We provide international students from around the world with a comprehensive internship experience related to their field of study. This allows them to develop their technical and soft skills in professional and personal settings within various areas of USFQ, private organizations, public institutions, and NGOs according to their profile and interests.

Description Role Functions
2bLatam offers an integrated proposal for companies aiming to reach online audiences through influencer marketing campaigns, professional YouTube channel management, branded content video production, and efficient paid media campaign planning on digital platforms. 2bLatam offers professional internships in all its areas: Commercial and Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations, Social Media (CM-Talent Managers, Data Analysis), Video Production and Post-production.
  1. Managing social media and CM tasks for Enchufe.tv and 2bLatam, as well as talent networks (content creators) within the network. Assisting Talent Managers in talent management, network growth, and influencer marketing.
  2. Tasks related to marketing, PR, and advertising—specific campaigns and projects determined by the time of year. Research, benchmarking, company analysis, media database generation, and digital marketing strategy development.
  3. Tasks related to video production and post-production—Enchufe.tv sketches, audiovisual products for brands. Assistant positions in video production crews. Assisting editors, graphic designers, image post-production, colorization, VFX, and sound post-production.

Description Role Functions
We enable local organizations and government institutions to build and deliver innovative and sustainable solutions through financing, capacity development, technical assistance, academic collaboration, and meaningful cooperation throughout the region.

The intern in the programs area supports the social project management team to improve the quality of life for people in vulnerable situations or at social risk. Tasks may include data collection and analysis, research on best practices, activity and event coordination, and support in resource and funding management. A proactive attitude, teamwork skills, communication, and organization are required, as well as familiarity with project management tools and social issues.

  1. Providing operational assistance in event organization, administrative processes, among others.
  2. Supporting data collection and systematization for events, meetings, among others.
  3. Supporting the programs area in reviewing activity reports from the PADF project portfolio.
  4. Any other activity assigned.

Description Role Functions
LBi Ecuador is a Direct Real Estate Investment company that allows small and medium investors to own real estate with high profitability potential.

Research and analyze at least 5 digital marketing tools that can help improve LBi's online presence and present comprehensive reports to the Marketing Manager to meet the company's established goals.

  1. Planning and executing advertising and promotional campaigns, including content creation for digital and traditional media, social media management, email marketing, and organizing promotional events.
  2. Managing the company's digital presence on websites, social media, and other online platforms, including content posting, online reputation monitoring, and customer interaction online.
  3. Collecting and analyzing data and metrics related to marketing campaigns and the company's online presence, providing reports and recommendations based on the results.
  4. Assisting in communication processes with the Marketing Agency to seek new strategies for brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Be a third-year student or above
  • GPA 3/4
  • Spanish level according to the internship requirements (see internship opportunities)
  • Availability of 6 hours per day
  • Minimum internship duration of 2 months
  • Apply 3 months in advance

  2. Motivational letter of maximum 1 page specifying your motivations, experience, and skills to be the ideal candidate for the internship of interest
  3. Most recent official transcript
  4. Student certificate
  5. Recommendation letter from professors or previous work experiences
  6. Copy of passport

USFQ will contact you with more details once the submitted documents have been reviewed.

Fees

The program cost is $430 for students from institutions with which we have an agreement. If there is no such agreement, an additional $100 will be added to the total cost. This fee includes the following:

  1. Administrative fee
  2. Cultural and recreational events
  3. Orientation modules (includes general content about the Ecuadorian context and the specific work context in Ecuador)
