Attila Pohlmann has a PhD in International Marketing/Management from the University of Hawaii (United States), a Master's degree in International Marketing and Communication from Universität Bielefeld (Germany) and a Bachelor's degree in International Management from Université de Valenciennes (France). He is a Professor of Marketing at the School of Business of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador). His research focuses on transformative consumer research, specifically investigating the roles of marketing and consumption in the creation and potential solution of social and environmental problems.
