Fabrizio Rafael Noboa Sánchez

Fabrizio Noboa, a holder of a Ph.D. in Business Management from IESE Business School, University of Navarra (Spain), is a distinguished professor at the School of Business at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador). His notable career includes directorship of the USFQ Graduate Business School, where he successfully earned AMBA accreditation for the Master of Business Administration. With two decades of teaching experience across various educational centers in Quito, Guayaquil, Lima, Guadalajara, and Barcelona, Noboa is recognized for his research contributions published in esteemed journals such as the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Applied Psychology, The Services Industries Journal, and the Journal of Business Research. Notably, he has authored several business cases focusing on Ecuadorian companies, including the award-winning case "Pacari: Premium Organic Chocolate" at the BALAS 2016 conference.
