María Belén Arteaga

Belén Arteaga holds an MSc in International Human Resources from the University of London (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista (Brazil). She is a professor at the School of Business at Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador) and serves as a coach for the Case Club for international competitions. Additionally, she collaborates with the Internationalization Department on projects such as Thin Red Line, a youth movement aiming to promote biodiversity along the Equatorial Line and raise awareness about the importance of a more sustainable future. Her areas of interest include business case studies, learning methods in business environments, and strategies in emerging markets. Belén has international experience in banking in Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Middle Eastern countries.
