Vladimir Rodríguez Yarmushevskaya

Vladimir Rodríguez trained in Information Systems and Computing at Moscow State University (Russia), in the area of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, with a specialty in Information Security and Distributed Systems. He is a professor at the College of Sciences and Engineering of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador). He belongs to the Computational and Theoretical Chemistry research group, manages the USFQ supercomputer (HPC-USFQ) and supports researchers in the use and optimization of computational simulation technologies. In his professional experience in the public and private sector he has been related to the strategic planning and development of telecommunications in Ecuador. He has scientific publications in high-impact journals related to computational chemistry and scientific research.
