Vladimir Rodríguez trained in Information Systems and Computing at Moscow State University (Russia), in the area of Applied Mathematics and Cybernetics, with a specialty in Information Security and Distributed Systems. He is a professor at the College of Sciences and Engineering of the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador).
