The subspecialization in the field of entrepreneurship aims to train individuals capable of identifying business opportunities, developing innovative ideas, and turning them into viable companies. This training covers fundamental areas such as innovation, business strategy, financing, marketing, team management, among others, in order to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to launch and scale their own business or innovate within established organizations.

The primary objective of this specialization is to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset and provide practical knowledge and skills to take an entrepreneurial project from conception to scaling.
