La USFQ lo celebra con una serie de eventos que nos recuerdan que el precio de la libertad es su constante vigilancia. En la situación actual, es nuestra responsabilidad informar y debatir con nuestros estudiantes y el público en general la importancia de la libertad y el impacto de perderla. En estos momentos, cercanos a las elecciones presidenciales es vital defender el concepto de libertad, principio inalienable del ser humano. Es por eso que en esta nueva edición de la Semana de la Libertad reunimos a destacados ponentes que desde sus áreas experiencia propondrán respuestas a la interrogante: ¿Qué Pasa Si Nos Arrebatan la Libertad? In November, each year, we commemorate another anniversary of a historic event that marked a significant turning point in the defense of freedom. The University of San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) observes this occasion with a series of events that serve as a reminder that the constant vigilance for freedom comes at a price.

In the current situation, it is our responsibility to inform and engage in discussions with our students and the general public about the significance of freedom and the consequences of its loss. Particularly, as we approach the presidential elections, it becomes paramount to uphold the fundamental concept of freedom, an inalienable principle of human existence. That's why in this new edition of the Freedom Week, we have gathered distinguished speakers, each with their expertise, who will provide answers to the following question:
