Studying the postgraduate program in oral rehabilitation at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito has been a very pleasant experience, not only during the time I was at the university, but also while applying all the knowledge I acquired in a professional setting. I learned much during my two years and some at the university, not only regarding odontology, but also about respect and trust from my professors, team work and the value of each one of the team members, and how to appreciate people’s time and effort. I have splendid memories of my professors and classmates, especially the coordinator of my specialty, Dr. Nancy Mena, who very seriously and responsibly gave the best of herself so that we may all have the same possibilities, opportunities, and responsibilities. Today I am happy to work beside her as a specialist, continuing to learn from my teacher, as well as enhancing my knowledge and abilities through her experience. Being able to study at the Universidad San Francisco has opened up many employment opportunities: now I am a professor at another university, proudly bearing the banner of the University, its School of Odontology, and all those who make it up.
