Sustainable Business Models
This part analyzes how sustainability is integrated into business models from the strategic core. It studies how to innovate in products and services under principles of circular economy and low-carbon initiatives, resource efficiency, and environmental protection. Methodologies for manually calculating environmental benefits, including carbon footprint and water footprint, are addressed. Participants evaluate business models that are not only profitable but also create a positive impact on the environment and society.
