Bienal Universitaria de Arte Multimedial (BUAM) - Espacios Líquidos: Políticas de la pantalla
The University Multimedia Art Biennial (BUAM) is an initiative by the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, with support from the Centro de Arte Contemporáneo de Quito, Galería Parterre of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador, Arte Actual FLACSO, and Q Galería.
The Biennial serves as a meeting space for the national university, cultural, and artistic community. Its aim is to trigger and promote conversations and exchanges around the knowledge production that occurs in art, establishing a platform for convergence and debate on contemporary issues. This second edition, titled 'Liquid Spaces: Politics of the Screen,' focuses on reflecting on thinking, navigating, using, and hacking screens and their contents through artistic proposals.
