Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Coaching and Leadership

Focuses on the coaching conversation model, treating it as a system and a set of essential tools for developing awareness and leadership skills both personally and organizationally. Explores coaching techniques that enhance self-awareness, personal growth, and superior professional performance, preparing for effective application in dynamic work environments.

Module: Emotional Neuroleadership

Neuroleadership

Centers on the application of neuroscientific principles to improve leaders' decision-making abilities under high-pressure situations. Analyzes how the brain responds under stress and how to better manage these responses to make clear and effective decisions. Also examines strategic decision-making processes and higher-order thinking.

Clinic: Emotional Leadership

Explores the impact of emotions on leadership and organizational dynamics, integrating the tapping technique to manage stress and anxiety. Through dynamics and exercises, participants improve decision-making and team relationships, developing emotional skills for effective leadership. This approach fosters a resilient and productive work environment, emphasizing emotional self-regulation and workplace well-being.

Aligned with USFQ's Liberal Arts philosophy, where all areas of knowledge have equal relevance and contribute to the development of understanding, this program includes virtual talks on various current topics. These talks are open to the general public or are part of other programs.

Business Forum

The business forum is a virtual meeting space for students and panelists; entrepreneurs, businesspeople, professors, and experts who will share their perspectives, trends, and best practices. The forums are conducted according to the annual schedule, involving students from non-degree programs and master's students from the School of Business.

Leadership with Horses

In this outdoor activity, experienced trainers and horses are involved in dynamics designed to strengthen leadership and communication. The observation of the herd and interaction with the horses serve as living metaphors for executives in managing emotions, developing empathy, and team bonding.
