Content

Managerial Strategy and Change Management Module

The objective of this module is to provide participants with practical learning experiences that equip them with the tools to plan, execute, and make decisions based on emerging strategies. These strategies do not adhere to traditional strategic planning systems but instead generate agile models to respond to the changing and dynamic environments that are part of our current reality. This process considers current trends, global best practices, and case studies of organizations undergoing evolution to respond effectively in the short and medium term. Simultaneously, the program connects strategic management with change management, serving as a value-generating axis that contributes to consolidating strong organizational cultures, effectively mobilizing their most valuable resource: their people.

Managerial Communication Module

This module enables participants to develop the essential skills required for a leader to communicate effectively when delivering presentations to various audiences. It begins with a self-diagnosis of individual oral communication skills and, based on best practices, participants will design professional presentations, receiving feedback in a face-to-face session. As part of this module, participants will complete a self-paced course from Harvard Business Publishing, "Effective Communication for Leadership," which consists of short videos and self-assessments that must be completed before starting the module. The virtual course duration is approximately 2 hours. By the end of this module, participants will have understood the importance of good oral communication and will possess the skills to develop memorable presentations that achieve their objectives in their professional environment.

Executive Leadership Module

Business Leadership

This module focuses on creating synergy between business strategy and leadership practices through the study of organizational culture, the development of effective leadership styles, and the essential soft skills for team development. Additionally, it analyzes the critical role of leaders in facing the challenges of a competitive economic environment and a constantly changing social reality. Participants learn to align the critical dimensions of business synergy: culture, leadership styles, behaviors, and practices.

Managerial Leadership Talk

This talk introduces fundamental concepts of managerial leadership and highlights effective techniques for leading and motivating teams. It explores practical methods for decision-making and conflict resolution, focusing on strengthening the work environment and productivity. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, participants gain valuable tools to enhance their leadership and boost team performance.

Managerial Finance Module

This course focuses on the four major areas of managerial financial knowledge that an administrator must master to make sound decisions in business management. While certain operational basics will be reviewed, the module is primarily oriented toward managerial decision-making. Topics include financial analysis, the historical/current financial situation of the company, and project evaluation, including capital structure and its integration into the company's financial statements. Finally, topics related to short-term finance are presented and discussed, based on practical examples.

Talent and Team Management Module

Human Talent Management

In this module, participants will learn how human talent management is a tool for generating sustainable competitive advantages in their organization, using new management models that positively impact results from a managerial needs perspective.

Labor Management and Legislation

This module will cover the 10 key aspects that every executive must know about labor law. Topics related to remote work will also be included. Finally, existing regulations for calculating wages and severance pay will be reviewed.

Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

This module focuses on discovering the opportunities provided by understanding the structure of conflicts to build and manage enriching relationships under the collaborative negotiation model and the competencies derived from neuroscience and strategic communication. Emerging essential elements such as emotional intelligence and psychological factors involved in business negotiation scenarios are also considered in this pursuit.

Project Management and Operational Excellence Module

The objective of this module is to learn project methodology that ensures the achievement of strategic objectives within organizations. It focuses on studying techniques and tools that allow executives to know, understand, and apply managerial skills to develop and execute winning projects for organizations. Additionally, strategies for managing and improving business processes and key indicators to achieve excellence in quality and productivity are covered.

Business Marketing Module

Marketing Management

This module develops a clear vision in participants of what it means to manage a brand in today's environment. The main objective is to understand the process through which a successful marketing strategy is formulated and to learn the tools and processes most used by marketing managers in the strategic management of their brands. It is complemented by a marketing strategy talk to enhance participants' ability to formulate a successful marketing strategy.

Digital Strategy and Business Models

The rules of the game have changed; we either adapt or disappear. In a world of constant change and evolution, companies must learn to balance running their current business while adapting to new market trends. This module focuses on how to innovate and develop products that consumers desire. Students will learn to develop a digital strategy to create new business models, manage omnichannel (physical and virtual) interactions, and enhance the customer experience.
