Capacitación COIL para el Ecuador
Descripción: La Universidad San Francisco de Quito, con el auspicio de la Embajada de los Estados Unidos, te invita a ser partícipe de un programa de capacitación totalmente virtual y de alto impacto sobre la metodología COIL (Collaborative Online International Learning) para profesores y coordinadores a nivel nacional. El programa será facilitado en colaboración con Bound International e incluirá las siguientes actividades:
Curso asincrónico en línea titulado "Fundamentos COIL" ofrecido por la USFQ (40 horas)
Talleres virtuales sincrónicos que cubrirán los siguientes temas (9 horas):
Enseñanza y aprendizaje intercultural + 1 evaluación intercultural
Usar la tecnología para motivar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes
Principios del aprendizaje aplicado
¿Cómo ser un embajador de COIL en tu campus?
Los componentes de esta capacitación se desarrollarán en español y en inglés con interpretación en vivo. Al completar el programa obtendrás un certificado en metodología COIL.

Universidad San Francisco de Quito, sponsored by the United States Embassy, invites you to participate in a completely virtual and high-impact training program on COIL methodology (Collaborative Online International Learning) for faculty, academic and internationalization coordinators of Ecuadorian institutions. The program will be facilitated in collaboration with Bound International and will include the following activities:
- Asynchronous online course entitled "Fundamentos COIL" offered by USFQ (40 hours)
- Synchronous virtual workshops that will cover the following topics (9 hours):
- Intercultural teaching and learning + intercultural evaluation
- Using technology to motivate student learning
- Applied Learning principles
- How to be a COIL ambassador on your campus?
The different components of this training will be conducted in Spanish and in English with live interpretation. Upon completion of the program, you will be accredited a certificate in COIL methodology.
