Who are we?
We are a team of professionals in the field of psychology and coaching who, through reflection processes, provide tools to high school and early university students to support them in their choice of career, based on priorities, interests, values, experiences and skills.
At Catalyst we carry out an experiential and personalized process, which since its creation in 2009 has constantly evolved and has gained very good feedback from the participants.
The axes of the camp are:
- Working on self-knowledge, recognizing personal strengths, skills and interests.
- To explore the academic offerings of the various universities.
- To integrate the knowledge and experiences acquired during the camp in order to find the right option, respecting the individuality of each person.
During the camp you will have:
- Dynamic and fun sessions with specialized counselors in groups of 6 - 8 young people
- Test of professional profile, skills and interests
- Talks with professionals from different areas
- Access to information on professions, academic offerings inside and outside the country
- Self-knowledge activities
