Mara Riera, an accomplished interior designer, is a graduate of Universidad San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador) with additional studies in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of the Americas (Ecuador). Presently, she serves as the Faculty LED Program Coordinator at the International Programs Office (OPI) at USFQ. Leveraging her wealth of experience in coordination, project logistics, and group management, Mara has made significant contributions to various national and international institutions. Her expertise in design, project management, and construction has not only showcased her technical proficiency but has also honed her soft skills, which encompass leadership, effective communication, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, resilience, and change management.
