Our Advanced Cooking Certification – Foodies II course is the perfect opportunity to take your culinary skills to the next level. Designed for those passionate about gastronomy who want to master advanced techniques and explore new frontiers in cooking, this course will provide you with an enriching and practical experience.

Course Details:

  • Start and Duration: Classes begin on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and end on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
  • Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 19:00 to 22:00, Saturdays from 9:00 to 12:00.
  • Mode: On-site.
  • Location: Cumbayá Campus, USFQ. Address: Diego de Robles s/n and Pampite.
  • Requirements: To enroll, it is necessary to have passed the Cooking Certification for Enthusiasts and Foodies 1, as well as demonstrate intermediate level knowledge of cooking.

Includes:

  • Full uniform (jacket, apron, kitchen towel, and hat).
  • Gastronomic supplies.
  • Digital recipe book.
  • Certificate of course completion endorsed by USFQ.
