Luz Lateral extends a warm invitation for you to unleash your creativity and take part in our Inaugural Interuniversity Short Story Contest! A collaboration between the University of San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and the University of the Americas (UDLA), this competition aims to uncover passionate storytellers within both institutions.

Call for Submissions
Participants: The competition is open to all students of the University of San Francisco de Quito (USFQ) and the University of the Americas (UDLA).
Contest Rules: For detailed information on the contest rules, including submission deadlines, formatting requirements, and evaluation criteria, make sure to carefully read and understand all guidelines before submitting your story.
Submission of the story: The deadline to submit your story is December 15, 2023, by 11:59 PM.
Prizes: Winners in each category will receive exciting prizes, recognition, and the opportunity to showcase their talent to the community of both universities.
1st place: 💵 $100 cash, 📚 books, and more.
2nd place: 💵 $50 cash, 📚 books, and surprises.
3rd place: 💵 $50 cash, 📚 books, and much more.
And if you're one of the best, we'll publish your story!
