Description

This master's degree offers young professionals an opportunity to start their career in the area of talent management, with special emphasis on talent development. The program offers updated contents and tools, oriented to a real and immediate application. It is a unique project due to its methodology that combines theoretical classes with application projects in organizations, in addition to individual and group mentoring.

  • This master's program is aimed at professionals in the fields of Business Administration, Psychology, and Industrial Engineering who seek to develop the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes necessary to begin their professional career in the area of human talent.
  • Applicants must possess basic skills in both oral and written communication, and high levels of motivation to learn and develop their competencies.
  • The program has a practical approach, with professional experience and individual and group mentorships, thus it does not require previous experience in the area if they have completed their undergraduate degree in the aforementioned fields.

Professional field

  • Graduates of the Master's in Talent Management and Development will be able to develop their careers in Talent Management departments, in public, private, and non-governmental organizations.
  • They will be able to apply knowledge and skills to design, execute, and evaluate processes of attraction, selection, and development of talent, identify high-potential employees, design and execute academic and non-academic alternatives for performance improvement, and implement comprehensive wellness programs that promote the care of this talent.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

For enrollment in the graduate program, the applicant must send the following documentation in digital format to Santiago Tapia's email stapia@usfq.edu.ec. If any requirement is missing, the applicant will not be able to participate in the process:

  • Confirmation of payment made through the system (screenshot) and complete application request, with the applicant's signature and photograph (check process in Graduate Admissions).
  • Undergraduate degree, issued by an accredited university in the country and registered in SENESCYT.
  • SENESCYT registration of the degree printed. For third or fourth level degrees, if applicable, obtained abroad, the applicant must previously register them in SENESCYT.
  • Official transcript of records.
  • Degree certificate with grade (except for USFQ Alumni and foreign universities).
  • Copy of identity card or passport.
