María Sol Garcés Espinosa

María Sol Garcés, holding a Ph.D. in Applied Medicine and Biomedicine in the Neurosciences Area from the University of Navarra (Spain) and a Clinical Psychologist degree from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador), serves as a full-time research professor and the Coordinator of the Neurosciences Institute at USFQ. Garcés's research interests span cognitive neuroscience, neuropsychiatry, mental health, and education. She has co-authored articles for renowned international scientific journals, including "Frontiers in Psychiatry," "Frontiers in Psychology," "Healthcare," "Social Sciences," and "International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health." Leveraging her extensive experience, Garcés actively contributes to designing projects aimed at promoting people's well-being.
