Isabel Barona, a graduate in Anthropology from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (USFQ, Ecuador), is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Human Rights, Democracy, and Globalization at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (Spain). In her capacity as the Vice Chancellor Management Coordinator at USFQ, her primary objective is to ensure the successful execution of projects and events at the university, collaborating closely with the Deanships and Academic Colleges. Her responsibilities extend to providing support for key administrative areas such as sustainability, student registration and services, USFQ Path, engagement and innovation, and research. Isabel's experience as a TEDx Speaker has equipped her with effective communication and public speaking skills.
