The mission of the College of Health Sciences is to prepare professionals in the different branches of health with a formal education in Humanities and Liberal Arts associated with Human Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, and Public Health, and the areas of Optometry and Human Nutrition.

You can be part of USFQ as a non-regular student. Designed for Ecuadorian or foreign students who were accepted at a foreign university or are studying abroad, but want to do one or two semesters in Ecuador.

Eduroam is the worldwide secure roaming wireless access service developed for the international research and education community. The wireless service allows USFQ students, professors, and staff to use the institutional email address with their username and password to access the service at any institution that is with Eduroam, be it at a National or International level.

USFQ students of any degree program, who do not reside in Galapagos (those who take classes at our Cumbayá campus), may take classes at our campus in the Galapagos Islands. The academic structure of the courses offered at USFQ Galapagos is based on three-week intensive modules (45 contact hours), the same number of contact hours that a non-intensive course has

The courses offered as part of EPE are intended for foreign students from various universities around the world who have exchange programs with USFQ and, also, for foreigners in general who independently wish to participate in the Spanish language learning process.
