The innovation project is structured into three essential parts. Part I is based on the stages of project planning, whether applied to an existing brand or a potential venture. The initial session is dedicated to formatting and analyzing the stages of defining objectives and key performance indicators, as well as internal and external diagnostics, exploring opportunities in the current and projected industry.
Part II continues with the monitoring of the innovation project, defining and selecting relevant strategies. This section focuses on segmentation, targeting, and strategic positioning, as well as evaluating the elements of the creative strategy and the initial communication plan. Knowledge from the modules is integrated, outlining the process to be followed.
In Part III, the project's operational plan and budget are developed, defining actions and investments with expected results and subsequent plan measurement.
