Women's Executive Certificate: Strategic Leadership
Fechas
It is imperative to intensify the presence of women in senior management by enhancing the development of leadership skills and key strategies necessary to access executive positions. This is particularly relevant considering that, although the number of female CEOs in Fortune 500 companies reached an all-time high with 74 women in 2022, they represent only 15% of all CEOs of these companies. In 2023, the figure increased, reaching 10.6% of total CEOs. However, in Latin America and the Caribbean, only 4.2% of CEOs are women, highlighting a considerable gender gap in business leadership positions.
Promoting gender equity and diversity in corporate environments is crucial to creating an environment where women can reach their full potential. In this context, the certificate is designed not only to train outstanding female leaders capable of occupying these leadership positions but also to strengthen professional networks in our country.
By opening spaces that foster high-level business and debates, we encourage the active participation and visibility of all women participants, thereby contributing to closing gender gaps and fostering a more inclusive and equitable business environment.
