Event Organisation
The minor in Event Organisation provides students with the opportunity to obtain specialised knowledge in the field of event organisation and management. Students who opt for this minor will focus on developing skills applicable to the management and direction of businesses aimed at organising events of all kinds.
Throughout this programme, the different types of events will be explored, such as weddings, fairs, sporting events, academic events, exhibitions, etc. As well as the areas of knowledge necessary for the development of these events. These include operational management, communication, resource management, public relations, and others.

HSP3002 Event Management
Students who do not belong to CHAT must request a personalized waiver from the coordinator of the Hospitality Management program to take HSP3002 without the prerequisite GST2001 Service and Protocol.
COM2101 Public Relations 1
Students who do not belong to COCOA must request a personalized waiver from the coordinator of the Communication program to take COM2101 without the prerequisite COM1001 Public Speaking.
COM3003 Events and Protocol
Students who do not belong to COCOA must request a personalized waiver from the coordinator of the Communication program to take COM3004 without the prerequisite COM1001 Public Speaking.
