Mauricio Cepeda

Mauricio Cepeda holds a Master's degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University (USA) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Business Administration and Culinary Arts from the University San Francisco de Quito (Ecuador). He currently serves as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at USFQ and is also a professor. Previously, Mauricio held the position of Dean of the College of Hospitality and Culinary Art and served as the Executive Director and General Manager of San Francisco Foodservice. His skill set includes extensive knowledge and experience in hospitality and service industries, strong business and quantitative skills, strategic thinking, teamwork, and leadership.
