Julio Ibarra is a mathematician pursuing a Ph.D. in Advanced Computing, Energy, and Plasma at the University of Córdoba in Spain. He teaches Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the University of San Francisco in Quito, Ecuador.
