Academic Services and Registration Office

The Registration Office is responsible for the administration of the academic and university records of all USFQ students and graduates. This office receives and processes academic/administrative service requests submitted by the student: consultations on registration and withdrawal of subjects, withdrawals and reinstatements, career changes, second career declarations, continuation of studies in a second career, transfer of subjects, issuance of official documents, among others. It also manages the process of graduation verifications, issuance of degrees, registration of degrees in SENESCYT and reporting of information to control agencies.

Additionally, it provides support to students and the university community on general academic consultations and other processes.

Solicitud documentos oficiales (Alumni/Ex estudiante)

Estos certificados corresponden a documentos oficiales que emite la Universidad San Francisco de Quito USFQ, a través de la Oficina de Registro, bajo pedido de un ex estudiante o Alumni de la USFQ. El tiempo de entrega y su costo dependerán del tipo de documento solicitado.

Puedes solicitar la emisión de tus documentos a través de la Oficina de Registro (E-104), o enviando un correo a registro@usfq.edu.ec
